ASF Track and Trace Shipment Interface

Customers should expect instant access to real time critical shipment status and documentation. Access to information is key to lowering costs and delivering high levels of customer service. ASF Web Tracking allows ASF to offer customers a new service seamlessly, without an expensive integration project.

From the ASF Web Tracking facility customers can access the shipment status including container numbers, departure and arrival information, and AES Internal Transaction Numbers. With a single click, powerful search features and smart organization help users answer their questions instantly. Search criteria with sort and layout options give each user flexible data presentation to provide a detailed view of the shipment, container, and commodity detail.

In Time ASF will be adding facilities to allow customers to view and print related shipment documents, update status information, view proof of delivery, enter bookings, upload related shipment documentation, and request a pick-up or a quote via any internet connection.

Status information is updated by our in house IES software package, and is immediately transferred to the ASF Web Tracking facility. In addition ASF has the facility to send automatic e-mail notification to customers with any status updates or reports meeting customer specific defined criteria.
